SUGIURA MIRIN is a traditional producer of sweet Mirin sake. Different from most contemporary makers their Mirin is made without adding syrup or honey. The sweetness naturally develops through the fermentation process of the glutinous rice.

Through the aging of up to three years, the mirin gets a deep flavor and adds a lot of umami to dishes.
