Kawara Senbei are Japanese crackers made of wheat and shaped like a tile. They are often decorated with motifs, which the experienced craftsmen of Matsuzaki Senbei carefully paints on the smooth surface. Matsuzaki Senbei was established in 1804 in Tokyo. The third generation established the
main shop in Ginza - Tokyo's most prestigious shopping district. Today Matsuzaki Senbei
is run by the 6th generation of the Matsuzaki family. Matsuzaki Senbei is well known for
its tile shaped kawara senbei and also produces many other exquisite crackers with different
flavors and textures.
