The Delphi Network in Tokyo is a community of people in leadership positions exchange information. Memberships are invitation base only, and interaction between members follows a strict code of conduct. As part of the regular events, Nicolas Soergel was invited to share his experiences in working for a traditional Japanese company.

Attendants were from business and academia. The information sharing was not based on a formal presentation but on  free entrance speed and a lively discussion with the audience.

I thank Dan Slater for the invitation as well as all attendants for their time and the good discussion. Joining the Delphi Network event was an enriching experience that also lead to a few interesting contacts.
