Description
The champonzu seasoned vinegar is a very versatile sauce full of umami that can be used for salad dressing and dips for dumpling, vegetable or meat. It is made with a unique blend of carefully balanced Yuzu, Orange, Yuko, Kabosu and Sudachi juice.
MARUSHO is a traditional maker of rice vinegars since 1879. Located in a UNESCO natural heritage protected area, famous for the rivers, leading to Japan's tallest single-drop waterfall, and the spiritual mountains with cedar trees, they continue to craft superior foods the old way, with natural water and rice, and in wooden vats, without any machines.
