Description
This "tsuyu" sauce is full of Umami and goes especially well with soba noodles or tempura. It is made from all-natural ingredients, without any preservatives or artificial extracts.
The Umami comes from high quality shiitake mushroom, kombu kelp, bonito flakes and soy sauce. It has a deep and rich flavor.
MARUSHO is a traditional maker of rice vinegars since 1879.
