Description
Born in Uwajima City in 1949 and graduated from Waseda University Faculty of Political Science and Economics in 1973, Masaki became a photographer after working at Maruzen Co., Ltd. With the theme of rediscovering the beauty of Japan, he presents his works overseas and works as a writer.
The Kyoto works shot for this book are breathtaking, beautiful scenery, stunning simplicity and restrained architecture. Fragments of nature and man-made artifacts that have been imaged are preserved by being imaged in the play of light and shadow that make up a photograph. Because the town of Kyoto is attracted to the capture network of history, memory, and beauty, where trapping is an honor, as revealed by Hiroshi Masaki's work in its accumulated overall image and exquisite details.
