Nicolas Soergel was speaking on behalf of CHINRIU HONTEN on internationalization at this event of the Japan Family Business Advisors Association. Attendants were owners of family business, tax consultants, business consultants and financial institutions.
The main discussion at the end of the presentation was about the challenges in changing the course of purely domestic company into a business selling all over the world. We also discussed the rising problem of family businesses without successors.
