Japanese style dressings can be added to give your dishes a nice touch. Typical Japanese "wafu" dressing tastes like a  vinaigrette and is made from mainly sauce, rice wine vinegar, and sugar. Goma (sesame) dressing is another popular option. Other dressings include seasonal and local vegetables or fruits - such as yuzu or ume dressings.
