ISHII Brewery was founded in 1870 and is located in Ashigara, western Kanagawa Prefecture. The brewery is blessed with abundant water and greenery, and are surrounded on all sides by the beautiful mountains of the Tanzawa Mountains and the Hakone Mountains. Famous for their delicious sake and the beautiful plum blossom season that collides with the production season, they continue to brew according to the traditional four-stage process to provide excellent quality.
