Return Process
You may return new, unopened items sold within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product value.
All groceries, customized or order made products and digital products CANNOT be returned.
All returned items must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. NIHON ICHIBAN will cover the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion.
You must contact our customer service and receive a return number prior to returning an item to us to receive a refund.
Refund Process
The refund for a return will be processed after we received and inspected the return. The refund is issued to the PayPal or credit card account used when you placed your order.
Please note that we cannot refund you in case the initial payment has been made more than three months prior to the refund date.
