Description
This yuzu ponzu uses a lot of fresh, hand-squeezed yuzu and is seasoned with brewed soy sauce, kelp and sugar, for a beautifully rounded flavor.
MARUSHO is a traditional maker of rice vinegars since 1879. Located in a UNESCO natural heritage protected area, famous for the rivers, leading to Japan's tallest single-drop waterfall, and the spiritual mountains with cedar trees, they continue to craft superior foods the old way, with natural water and rice, and in wooden vats, without any machines.
