Instructions: The key is to pack it well to the tips of the ears. The kitten rice shown in the photo can be made with about 1 bowl (150~200g).

 

Recipe for "kitten" dessert:

Ingredients: 50g of milk agar base, 50ml of milk
1. Add 50g of milk agar
base to 150ml of boiling water and mix for 1 minute.
2. Fill with 50 ml of milk and cool in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

 

Recipe for "kitten" egg pudding:

Ingredients: 1g powdered agar, 150ml milk, 45ml fresh cream, 1 egg yolk, 10g sugar
1. Mix with egg yolk and 10g
sugar.
2. Put 150 ml of milk and 1 g of powdered agar in a saucepan and boil for about 1 minute while mixing.
3. Add while mixing, then mix another 45 ml of heavy cream.
4. When the heat is removed, put it in the refrigerator and cool for about 2 hours.
