Kiriko is a Japanese colored glass craft known for its unique engraved patterns. This sake brewery suggests that drinking Japanese sake from such a work of art, will enrich the experience and make you feel happy and special. Please see the "Kiriko Cut Glass" category on NIHON ICHIBAN to see some of these beautiful glasses.

"With Japan traditional pattern, I am happy every time I see it, and every time I hold it in my hand, I feel rich." Drinking the sparkling sake poured into the kiriko expresses an exceptional and exciting feeling. This is one piece that delicately applies Japanese patterns to the motif of Shimizu Glass Co., Ltd., which has been studied since Tempo 5 years ago and conveys the techniques of traditional crafts to the present. The Edo kiriko in the Tokyo Skytree entrance, elevator interior (summer), and objects were created by Shimizu Glass. The cutting techniques of traditional patterns and the craftsmanship of polishing glass to the ultimate beauty are demonstrated.

< Sake Brewery Collection >

This collection is made in collaboration with traditional sake breweries. The t-shirts are decorated with the sake labels of brewers that have been "protecting" part of Japanese culture and brewing skills. The designs represent brewers from all over the country, established even during the Taisho or Meiji era, to celebrate the rich cultural history of Japan and to ensure their future by creating awareness with a younger, international audience.
