Matsuzaki Senbei was established in 1804 in Tokyo. The third generation established the main shop in Ginza - Tokyo's most prestigious shopping district. Today Matsuzaki Senbei is run by the 6th generation of the Matsuzaki family. Matsuzaki Senbei is well known for its tile shaped kawara senbei and also produces many other exquisite crackers with different flavors and textures.

Ingredients: Both flavors: Glutinous rice (domestic), soy sauce (wheat and soy), sugar, starch / thickener (processed starch), seasonings (amino acids, etc.)
Shoyu: seaweed
Salad: vegetable oil, aosa (algae)
Allergy: Wheat, Soy Beans
Shelf-life: 90 days from production date.
Storage: Senbei are best stored in a dry and dark environment.
