Matsuzaki Senbei was established in 1804 in Tokyo. The third generation established the main shop in Ginza - Tokyo's most prestigious shopping district. Today Matsuzaki Senbei is run by the 6th generation of the Matsuzaki family. Matsuzaki Senbei is well known for its tile shaped kawara senbei and also produces many other exquisite crackers with different flavors and textures.

Ingredients: Potato starch, sugar, eggs, starch syrup, skim milk powder, kanbaiko (flour made from cooked glutinous rice) powder
Allergy: Eggs, Milk (*May contain traces of gluten as made in the same kitchen!)
Shelf-life: 80 days from production date.
Storage: Best stored in a dry and dark environment.
