TSURUMISO is a miso brewery from Fukuoka prefecture with a history dating back to 1870. Over the years they have created a wide line-up of miso and unique miso-related products that have proven to be popular both in- and outside of Japan. TSURUMISO creates delicious miso with fresh ingredients sourced from the rich local nature. Their speciality is a sweet barley miso using a lot of wheat malt, a specialty from this region. 
As miso is used daily in most Japanese househoulds, their goal is making miso products that you can use everyday without getting bored.
