This Mirin is made of steamed rice from glutinous rice, koji bacteria, and authentic rice shochu brewed within the same brewery. It's the real taste with no sugars or additives used. Skilled brewers spent time and effort to create this dedicated "Hommirin," which has been aged for 10 years to bring out complex aromas and mature sweetness.
