Description  

Using only domestically produced glutinous rice for steamed rice, domestically produced rice for brewing, and our homemade authentic rice shochu, we patiently crafted "Hommirin." We allowed it to mature for an additional three years to slowly draw out a rich aroma and depth of sweetness. It can be used in various dishes such as soups, simmered dishes, and grilled dishes. Additionally, it can be enjoyed when mixed with sake or shochu.
