阿修羅 - "ASURA" It is no exaggeration to say that it is the most popular Buddha statue in Japan, and the design is based on the Kofukuji / Ashura statue. Ashura is a god of battle with three faces and six arms, and is one of the eight legions who protect Buddhism. Most of them are expressed with a brave expression, but the Ashura statue at Kofukuji has a quiet and sad expression like a child. It is said that this is a reproduction of a scene where everyone gathers around Shaka and listens to his voice. The eight characters in the background mean each of the eight legions, and the characters on the back mean Ashura.

A sense of traditional Japan. The designer wants to convey a fun and cool current form. The bold and delicate designs and the "quality of Japan" are the main concept. This is WAJIN's standard collection.

Each WAJIN T-shirt design is inspired by the beauty of Japan and handdrawn. The printing is done one-by-one through silk printing, using water based ink - resulting in a clean, soft touch, and containing fewer chemicals than other inks, making it a sustainable and eco-friendly choice. The smart fit and loose neckline make it comfortable for both men and womento wear. The designs are printed on 100% cotton KUME T-shirt garments - made in Japan.
