Kannon (観音) is the goddess of compassion and mercy, and a very popular "Bodhisattva" in Japan, with many temples and enshrined statues attributed to her. There are a number of tales and miracles with regards to her. The poem says that 'a fresh wind purifies the clear moon'. The Sanskrit character on the back represents the "Kannon" name.

Each WAJIN T-shirt design is inspired by the beauty of Japan and handdrawn. The printing is done one-by-one through silk printing, using water based ink - resulting in a clean, soft touch, and containing fewer chemicals than other inks, making it a sustainable and eco-friendly choice. The smart fit and loose neckline make it comfortable for both men and womento wear. The designs are printed on 100% cotton KUME T-shirt garments - made in Japan.

Over time there may be a 1~2 cm difference in the cotton knit material based on storing conditions.
Care instructions:
It is recommended to wash and iron the t-shirt inside-out. Do not iron directly on the print. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry; preferably airdry out of direct sunlight.
