Marukawa miso amazake is sweeter than amazake from other manufacturers.
In recent years, there are many brands creating "mildly sweet" amazake, but this amazake fully exerts the power of koji mold and changes the starchiness of the rice into sugar so that it becomes completely sweet. Fully glycated amazake has a sugar content (about 40 degrees) that is too sweet if drunk straight;
200g of amazake is equivalent to the sweetness of about 100g of sugar. It makes for a healthy alternative, great for macrobiotic diets. Since it is non-alcoholic and sugar-free, it is also suitable for children's baby food and halal friendly.

Marukawa Miso amazake uses a method called "haya-zukuri" that is made only with koji and water. The rice used is organic rice that does not use pesticides or chemical fertilizers. This organic rice was completely saccharified into amazake. Only rice and groundwater are used, and glutinous or steamed rice is not mixed. Therefore, the fermentation power of koji is strong.

In addition, our amazake is alcohol-free, additive-free, and sugar-free, so it can be used for children's baby food. It is also recommended for those who are doing macrobiotics. Since it is a concentrated type, dilute it about twice with water and enjoy.

Simple recipes

Drink: it is a concentrated type; dilute it about 1.5~2 times with water and enjoy. It also goes well with soy milk and dairy products.
Amazake yogurt: Add 100g organic (white) rice amazake + 100g soy milk yogurt, mix and freeze.
French toast: 200cc Soy milk, slice of bread, Brown rice amazake, 70g, 15g honey or other sweetener, olive oil
Sauce: Mix with maple syrup to create a healthy sweet sauce for Japanese style deserts like Mochi balls.
