This Umeshu is part of the NAGAREUME series. It is a ume plum liquor based on sake. It's flavor is not too sweet. It has a slight notion of sake in the top and a long lasting flavor of ume plum in the bottom.

This mirin is aged in wooden barrels only using traditional ingredients. It is loaded with umami and add depth to dishes and cocktails. Different from industrial mirin it does not include sweetening from sugar or honey.
