NIGARI is a derivative of seawater and used as coagulant to make tofu from soy milk. It requires soy milk with a protein share of 11% and works best with BANRAI's original soy milk for making fresh tofu. One portion of Nigari is required per each 125ml of BANRAI soymilk. This pack of 8 Nigari lasts for 1 liter of soymilk.
