"HAKURYU" Sake Brand Collection T-shirt

This T-Shirt, which is part of Kume's brewery collection, feature the sake brand "HAKURYU". It features a dragon on a white background. The dragon is a symbol for the responsibility to make good rice as the main ingredient of good sake. 
Nature of Eiheiji Temple. Earth, water, and climate. White dragon rice is all condensed into each grain. Rice fields covered with snow and deep sleep are awakened with the arrival of spring, plowed, clear water is drawn, and new life is planted. Hakuryu's sake brewing begins here. On the front, the crest of rice, water, and people, which is cherished by the white dragon, is placed, and on the back, the letters of the white dragon are placed on the ball held by the dragon.

This collection is made in collaboration with traditional sake breweries. The t-shirts are decorated with the sake labels of brewers that have been "protecting" part of Japanese culture and brewing skills. The designs represent brewers from all over the country, established even during the Taisho or Meiji era, to celebrate the rich cultural history of Japan and to ensure their future by creating awareness with a younger, international audience.
